Combine
and half of the herbs and spice and all the buttermilk in a large bowl.

Soak
the chicken pieces in the liquid.

Add
the flour to a separate bowl and fold in all the remaining herbs and spices.
Roll the chicken in the seasoned flour until completely covered.

Now
dip the chicken in beaten egg.

Now

Allow
frying for 8 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and thoroughly
cooked.
