VEGGIE AND CHEESE BURGER


INGREDIENTS

QUANTITY

Burger bun
*Vegetable patty
Cheese slice
Shredded lettuce
Tomato

Fries
Corn salsa
1 No.
1 No.
1 slice
2 leaves
4 slices thin

200 grams
30 grams


METHOD: -


1.       Toast a burger bun which has been cut in to two
2.       Fry the vegetable patty, place a slice of processed cheese on the patty & gratinate
3.       Put the lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole on the bottom bun, put the veg patty on top of the guacamole
4.       Arrange both halves of the burger on the dinner plate
5.       Add fries, corn salsa and serve


For vegetable patty: Chop all seasonal vegetable . Heat oil in kadhi add jeera , add all vegetable and add boil potato . Cook he mixture and now add bread crumb in it and make a patty and deep fried it
