 Method :

·         Boil the potato
·         Cut the vegetables into small dices
·         Sauté in butter adding seasoning keep aside for cooling
·         Once the potato has boiled pass it throw a sieve and mash it finely
·         Stuff the potato with the sauté vegetables and give shape like croquettes
·         Dip in milk and pass it throw the crushed corn flakes
·         Deep fry in oil serve with tomato ketchup.
