FAST FOOD

Chili Chicken
Ingredients
  • 500 gms Chicken boneless (cut into small pieces)
  • 100gGreen Onions finely chopped
  • 5g Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 80gmsCapsicum diced
  • 40gms onions
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 5gm Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 5g Ginger Paste
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste
Direction to make Chinese Chili Chicken Recipe :
1. Take a large bowl and add chicken, 1 tbsp soya sauce, egg, salt and 1 tbsp corn flour.Marinate the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or deep bowl and deep fry chicken pieces till golden brown.
3. In a another pan, heat oil and saute garlic paste and green chilies for a while.Now add chicken broth, white pepper powder, sugar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, and
ajinomoto.Boil for 4 to 5 minutes and add corn flour.
4. Stir continuously to avoid lumps and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.Now add chicken pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. sprinkle chopped green onions on it and server Hot.
