MACHHLI SEEKH
A
DELICIOUS YUET LIGHT FISH MINCE SKEWER
INGREDIENTS
4
tsp-Processed cheese(grated)
200gm –
Fish mince
1tsp-
Ginger Garlic paste
To
taste- Salt
½ tsp –
Gren chilli chopped
1 tsp –
Coriander chopped
A pinch
– Kutti Red chilli
A pinch
– Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp –
Garam Masala
For Basting – Clarified butter.
METHOD
1.
In
a deep tray mash grated cheese, add fish mince and all the remaining
ingredients listed in the order above, mix well, keep aside for atleast 1 hour.
2.
Divide
the mixture into 4 equal parts.
COOKING:
3.Spread
this mixture individually on the skewer using a ewt hand by pressing each
portion along the length of the skewer in a cylindrical shape, one inch apart
making each kebab 4 inches long, spread evenly.
4.Roast
in a tandoor at a moderate temperature fore 4-6 minutes , baste with clarified
butter during cooloing.
5.Serve
hot along eith choice of a salad chutney.
