MUTTON CHOPS

MUTTON CHOPS


INGREDIENTS
50 gm mutton chops washed and cleaned.
1 cup yoghurt
4 green chilies fine chopped
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
1 egg
1 tsp garam masala

METHOD
1.        In a bowl, mix together, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander, red chili, turmeric, garam masala powder,  green chilli, salt.
2.       Add the mutton chops.
3.       Mix well so that mutton chops are coated well.
4.       Keep it for 2-3 hours.
5.       Put the mutton chops ( no water required ) In a pressure cooker .
6.       Close the lid, wait for whistles till cook.
7.       Remove pieces and keep aside.
8.       Beat egg in a bowl using an beater light and fluffy.
9.       Just before serving dip each mutton chop in beaten egg .
10.   Heat oil in a Woke.
11.   Shallow fry mutton chops that have been dipped in beaten egg now in the oil until brown either side.
12.   Transfer the required mutton chops in serving platter.
13.   Garnish with onion slices and sliced lemon and green chutney.
